CARS – to Buy or to Lease?
When it comes to cars, most people consider a lot of things before choosing which one to get. Make, model, color, trim-level, there are so many options to choose from and there are so many factors to consider when getting a new car. However, before anyone can think about all of those things, they first have to think whether they will buy or lease their new car.
It’s a question that has been asked countless times before. Which is better: buying or leasing a car? Well, the answer actually is, it depends. It depends on the person getting the car, the lifestyle of the person, spending habits, even the number of miles to be driven in the new car.
Think about it this way. If you like to change cars every two to three years, drive an average number of miles, don’t like driving a car that is out of warranty, want lower monthly payments, and don’t mind the higher cost of all those in the long haul, then you should lease.
If you like the idea of ownership, don’t mind the cost of repairs when something goes wrong after warranty, don’t mind the higher monthly cost, and like to modify your car, then buying is for you.
In the end, it really all depends on what you want.
